Guidelines for a Smooth and Transparent Experience
Participation in our tours is reserved for members of the cultural association “1 ora da Roma.”

- An annual membership fee of €50 is required.
- Membership is mandatory as per current Italian regulations for cultural and non-profit guided experiences.
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour (excluding prepaid tickets).
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 days before the tour.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of no-show.
- Prepaid tickets (e.g. museums or monuments) are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Requests to change the tour date or time must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Modifications are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays, transport issues, weather conditions, or other external factors.
- Clients are responsible for their own safety and behavior during the tour.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Bookings must be made via WhatsApp, email, or through our website contact form.
- Payments can be completed via PayPal or other methods indicated at the time of booking.
- The tour is confirmed only after payment and membership registration are completed.
- Inclusions may vary by tour (e.g., licensed guide, audio devices, etc.).
- Tickets, transportation, meals, or personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
