Conditions for becoming a member

To join 1 Ora da Roma, simply fill out the registration form with your details.
Once submitted, you will receive an email with further instructions and a secure payment link for the annual membership fee of €50.
After completing the payment, your membership will be confirmed, and you will receive all the necessary documentation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process without any further delays.

Ps: The establishment of the membership relationship is finalized when the competent body, as defined by the statute, accepts the membership application and issues the membership card, if applicable, and the payment of the membership fee.

Cancelation policy

- Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour (excluding prepaid tickets).
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 days before the tour.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of no-show.
- Prepaid tickets (e.g. museums or monuments) are non-refundable under any circumstance.
