Booking a tour is easy! Simply contact us via form, mail or WhatsApp, providing your preferred tour details. As required by law, all participants must join the "1 ora da Roma" association for a membership fee of €50 per year. This ensures legal coverage and access to our tours. For more information about membership, please visit our dedicated page here. After registration, we’ll confirm your booking and payment details.

We offer fully customized tour itineraries tailored to your interests and schedule. If you have special requests or would like to create a unique experience, feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to discuss your ideas and, once an agreement is reached, we'll plan every detail together to ensure your perfect tour in Rome.

To ensure availability and the best experience, we recommend booking your tour at least two weeks to one month in advance. Some tours may sell out quickly, especially during busy seasons. Booking early allows us to organize all details and secure tickets or special requests in time. Last-minute bookings are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

You can cancel up to 7 days before the tour for a full refund (excluding tickets already purchased). Cancellations within 7 days get a 50% refund. No refunds are given for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Please note that entrance tickets or special bookings are non-refundable once issued, even in case of cancellation.

If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, depending on availability and any pre-booked tickets or services.

Most of our tours are suitable for families with children and guests with reduced mobility. We aim to create inclusive experiences for everyone, offering accessible routes and flexible pacing. If you have specific needs, please let us know in advance so we can tailor the itinerary accordingly and ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment for all participants.
